Weight, hand and drape
are all controllable
Half a turn of twist changes how a jacket stands on the shoulder. HIILAMS sets inspection points at spinning, weaving and finishing so that hand and shade stay inside an agreed tolerance, batch after batch.
Every roll carries its yarn count, weight, width, shrinkage and dye-lot number, so an atelier can predict wastage before the first cut.

Four steps from cloth to fitting — at the showroom, or with our partner ateliers at your office.
Selection
Work through the bunches in the showroom, or have swatches sent ahead, and settle on season and style.
Measuring
25 body measurements plus posture corrections — sloping shoulders, stooped back, prominent seat.
Making
Single-garment cutting and pattern grading. 20–25 working days for standard models.
Fitting
A first fitting with fine adjustments. The pattern is archived, so repeat orders need no re-measuring.
